    1. Tell me about yourself.

    My Name is Rezky DS, I’m 39 years old I have married and have two children,
    Now I live in Pangkalan Kerinci.

    2. What are your strengths?

    I am person with big eager, fast learner, well-organized, hard worker, flexible, optimistic, active,
    good team working.

    3. What are your weaknesses?.

    Too perfectionist and too focused on work

    4. What are your short term goals?

    My short-term plan is to start learning and mastering this field. As a fresh graduate, I want to build a
    strong profile by working in a company that suits the field I like

    5. What are your long term goals?

    take a bigger role to assess my personal abilities and provide the best for the company, I want to give
    all my abilities and add to it. I am sure, my short-term plan can help me with it.

    6. What do you want to be doing five years from now?

    As a professional who works in the construction project industry, I want to develop my abilities in the
    next few years. I hope to be able to apply the knowledge and skills I have so that I can make a good
    contribution to the company.

    1. Are you better at anticipating or reacting to problems

    would prefer anticipating risks rather than overcoming risks, but every anticipatory plan will not
    always work well, that is our challenge in facing problems.

    I have worked in the construction field for over the last 18 years. Apart from having the necessary
    skills and expertise, I am also someone who is enthusiastic about new things. Therefore, working in
    this position will allow me to continue to improve my abilities and skills according to the field I am
    working in.

    1. Tell me about your last three positions?

    My last three positions have focused more on preparing cost analysis, checking engineering
    documents which relate to costs and implementation and also preparing the resources that will be
    employed as well as the implementation of engineering resources and construction so that it can run
    well.

    2. Tell me about your last position?

    My current position is as a Project Management Officer in the Piping Department as a Piping


    Construction Engineer, where I will check engineering documents, material status, purchase status
    and arrival status. because it relates to the schedule that I will explain to management.

    with the contractor and daily meetings if there is a critical situation and the project period must be
    completed immediately

    JEL is a construction company based in Singapore

    2. What do you know about our services?

    JEL is a construction company which is mostly involved in the EPC sector, and in particular I know that
    it handles a lot of pipe and tank projects

    3. Have you managed people in any of the positions you’ve held?

    In my current position I manage contractors, so that they can complete the work according to the
    specified schedule

    when I work far away from my family, I will take the time to communicate with my family in the
    morning and in the afternoon after I get home from work.
