Experience
• Temperate Technologies Pvt Ltd (Hyderabad) [Mar 2023 – Present]

We are an early-stage social enterprise startup, developing an energy-efficient cooling technology based on dew point cooling. We
are using this technology to develop small-scale, decentralized, on-grid and off-grid cold storage solutions. To design and build heat
and mass exchanger of the cooling systems and analyze the flow parameters and other useful variables in it.

• Robo6 Labs Pvt Ltd. (Hyderabad) [Jan 2023 – Mar 2023]

Industrial Design Consultant for the tea leaf cutting automated harvesting machine. my role was to suggest them to alter their
design as per market requirement and the customer and Product requirement.

• SpOvum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore) [Sept 2019 – Dec 2022]

Create mechanical design concepts from product requirements.

Develop drawings and CAD models, including analysis if required, liaise with other department managers to formulate
objectives, and understand requirements for project completion.
Participate and contribute during design reviews to ensure product realization and involve and perform Design (CAD) and
production trails for product validation. Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs.

• DRDL – Defence Research and Development Laboratory. (Hyderabad) [July 2018 – July 2019]
• Worked as a Research project Intern to design and analyze and develop a complaint mechanism of 25 X 25 mm2 footprint
(Complaint Gripper) using Hypermesh/ optistruct (for shape and topology optimization), CREO (for design) and Ansys WB
(for Analysis)
• In my Research Work I developed a complaint gripper using 3D printing. Also, I must validate the analytical calculations
with experimental results and FEA results.
• Worked as a team member for the Design a Tripod for defence applications.

Projects

● Mechanism Design | Designing compliant mechanisms for a complaint Gripper using Topology Optimization

[Supervisor – Mr. Pakeeruraju Podugu, Scientist ‘F’, MDED, DRDL] [July 2018 – July 2019]
● Designed a compliant mechanism for gripping biological cells.
● Derived analytical expressions for obtaining the geometry of the mechanism for the desired topology optimize shape.
● Validated the relations using Finite Element Analysis (Ansys)
● Fabricated a macro-sized version using 3D printing and demonstrated at the DRDL and Osmania University.

● Experimental Investigation on Effect of Quenching and partitioning process in Carbon Steels

[Supervisor – Dr. B.V. Reddi] [Nov. 2016 – June 2017]
● The effect of quenching and partitioning in steels made the hardness value change.
● Carbon steel samples like EN8, EN31, D2 are analyzed, and microstructure of each sample is observed.
● Performed different testing processes to compare the properties of steels at room temperature and elevated temperature.
● Developed three furnaces’ for observing all this experimental investigation.
