EVENT QUOTATION -Seminar

Thank you for selecting Jade Hills Resort Club (JHRC) as the preferred caterer for your event. We
are pleased to offer the following quotation for your confirmation.

Event Date / Day : 1/11/2022 (Tuesday) & 2/11/2022 (Wednesday) & 3/11/2022
(Thursday)

Time : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

(A surcharge of *RM200.00 per hour shall be levied if function exceeds
the allocated time. Extension hours is by the Club’s discretion)

Venue : Jade 1
(Designated area by Club and installation of full canopies at poolside
is compulsory and cost borne by client. The number of canopies will
be determined by Club and installed by the Club’s appointed installer)

Set up arrangement : Seminar- U Shape Setting

(Seating capacity and set up shall be subject to SOPs compliance
issued by the Authority)

No of pax : 20 Pax -1/11/2022 (Tuesday) , 20 Pax -2/11/2022 (Wednesday)

20 Pax- 3/11/2022 (Thursday)
(Guaranteed attendance will be charged unless notified 3 days prior to
the date of the event. However, should the actual attendance exceed
that of the guaranteed number, then billing will be based on the actual
attendance)

ii) Beef Satay RM900.00nett per 500 sticks@ RM1.80 per sticks
d) i) Roasted whole lamb (Australia) at *RM1350.00nett per lamb
ii) Roasted whole lamb (N/Z) at *RM1450.00nett per lamb
e) -Draught beer Carlsberg at *RM1108.00nett per barrel,
House Wine *RM72.00nett per bottle.
f) -Corkage fees:- i) Liquor at *RM55.00nett per bottle
ii) Wine at *RM35.00nett per bottle
iii) Beer (can/bottle) at *RM55.00nett per crate

*Prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% Service Tax.

Terms of Payment

Deposit : Down payment of 50% or minimum payment of RM2,000.00 upon

confirmation of booking (whichever is applicable)

Full Payment : Full settlement of balance payment is required seven (7) working days
prior to the date of the event

Mode of Payment can be made as follows:-

1) By credit card (Visa or Master)
2) By direct cash transfer via MALAYAN BANKING BERHAD account no: 5141 9669 8841
payable to JADE HOMES RESORT BERHAD (please fax us the bank-in slip to fax no: 03-
8730 8668)
3) By cheque. Kindly issue cheque payable to JADE HOMES RESORT BERHAD.
(NOTE:- cheque must be made minimum seven (7) working days prior to the date of the
event otherwise only the above mode of payment (No: 1-3) is applicable)

Any additional charges or miscellaneous charges incurred during the event must be settled
immediately on the function day by cash or credit card.

Validity of offer

i) Validity of quotation by (14 days from date of event quotation) and kindly indicate your
acceptance and confirmation of booking by remitting the deposit payment as required and
returned to us signed copy of the acceptance letter.

ii) Please be advised that if there is no confirmation received on the above mentioned date, the
booking will be automatically released without notification.

Cancellation policy

1) Any postponement and cancellation of event by the Organizer must be notified via official
letter or email.
i) Any postponement must be notified thirty (30) days prior to the event and the deposit
paid must be utilized within sixty (60) days from the original date of event. Late
notification of less than thirty (30) days, the deposit paid shall be fully forfeited.

ii) In the event of cancellation of event at any time prior to the function date, all deposit
paid shall be fully forfeited.

2) JHRC reserves the right to cancel the booking made if full settlement is not fulfilled on the
required date prior to the event. All deposit paid shall be refunded to Organizer without
any penalty charges.

Other Terms & Conditions

a) JHRC has the sole discretion to relocate the Event to another location/function room without
assigning any reasons whatsoever or any compensation to the organizer / customer
b) JHRC has the sole discretion to reject any variation request by the organizer/customer
without assigning any reasons whatsoever or compensation to the organizer/ customer
c) JHRC shall not be responsible for any loss/injury of any person and loss/damage of any
property belonging to any person arising from the event and while in the Club premises.
d) The Organizer is not allowed to bring in outside food and no takeaway of food after function.
e) The Organizer shall be responsible to compensate JHRC for any losses or damage of
equipments and /or property of the club however caused by the Organizer and/or his guests.
f) The Organizer shall be responsible for the conduct of his guests before, during or after the
event and to abide by the Rules & Regulations of the club.
g) The Organizer and guests are not allowed to utilize the Club facilities during the event or
while in the club premise.
h) Pets are strictly not allowed in the club premises. JHRC reserves the right to deny entry of
individuals in the event of non-adherence.
i) Fireworks are strictly prohibited. JHRC reserves the right to confiscate and withhold any
fireworks items in the event of non-adherence.
