1. Squad Size:
Each Mobile Legends squad shall consist of a maximum of 6 members.
The Campus will have 4 official teams, each representing a specific group:
Yellow – The Renaissants
Green - The Peacekeepers
Blue - The Erudites
White - The Nobility
2. Fair Play:
Piloting or account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each player must control their
own hero during the game.
The use of third-party software or cheats to gain an unfair advantage is against
the rules and may result in penalties.
3. Physical Presence:
All team members must be physically present and actively participating in the
game during a match. Substitutes can only enter the game when a player experiences
technical issues or other legitimate reasons for substitution.
Players should not engage in any form of AFK (Away From Keyboard) behavior
or intentionally disconnect from the game without valid reasons.
4. Matchmaking:
Matchmaking details, including scheduling and tabulations, will be discussed
and communicated by the college's Mobile Legends organizing committee.
Teams should adhere to the schedule and follow any specific rules or procedures
set for our college's tournaments.
5. Communication:
Effective communication is essential for teamwork. Teammates should use in-
game chat and voice chat (if available) to coordinate strategies and provide information.
Maintain respectful and constructive communication with your teammates and
opponents. Harassment, hate speech, or offensive language is strictly prohibited.
6. Sportsmanship:
Show good sportsmanship, even in defeat. Congratulate the opposing team on
their victory and avoid taunting or disrespecting opponents.
Excessive spamming of emotes, chat messages, or pinging is discouraged, as it
can disrupt the game and be considered unsportsmanlike.
7. Reporting Violations:
If you suspect a player or team of violating these guidelines or using unfair
practices, report the issue to the Mobile Legends organizing committee.
Provide evidence, if possible, to support your claims.
These guidelines are put in place to ensure a fair, competitive, and respectful gaming
environment within our college's Mobile Legends community. By adhering to these rules, we
can all enjoy the game and foster positive relationships among players and teams. Good luck, and

thinking, problem-solving, and healthy competition. To ensure a fair and
enjoyable experience during the SCC Region 2 Sportsfest 2023-2024 Rubik's Cube
competition, here are the guidelines for participants:
1. Registration:
Participants must register in advance for the Rubik's Cube competition.
Registration should include the participant's name, age, and grade level.
2. Cube Specifications:
Only official Rubik's Cubes with a configuration are allowed.
Participants should bring their own cubes in good condition.
3. Scrambling:
Prior to the start of the competition, an official scrambler will mix up the cubes to
ensure fairness.
Participants may inspect their scrambled cube for 15 seconds before starting.
4. Solving Time:
Each participant will have a maximum of 3 minutes to solve the cube.
A judge will use a timer to record the solving time accurately.
5. Scoring:
The participant with the fastest solving time wins the round.
In case of a tie, participants will have a rematch with a different scramble.
6. Puzzle Exchange:
Participants will exchange their cubes after each round to prevent tampering or
manipulation.
Cubes will be checked for tampering before the start of each round.
7. Fair Play:
Participants must maintain good sportsmanship throughout the competition.
Cheating, tampering with cubes, or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct will
result in disqualification.
8. Disputes:
In case of a dispute, participants can request a review by the judges.
Judges' decisions are final.
9. Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the top performers based on their solving times.
10. Spectators:
- Spectators should maintain a respectful and quiet environment during the
competition.
- No coaching or interference with the participants is allowed.
11. Safety:
- Participants should handle the cubes with care to avoid any accidents or
damage.
12. Enjoyment:
- Remember that the primary goal is to have fun, challenge yourself, and
promote camaraderie among participants.

enjoyable competition during the Saint Clare College of Region 2 Sportsfest 2023-
2024, these guidelines have been created to outline the rules and regulations for
the Mobile Legends tournament.
1. Team Formation:
Teams consist of 5 members each.
All team members must be students or representatives of Saint Clare College of
Region 2.
Each player can only belong to one team.
2. Registration:
Teams must register in advance for the tournament.
Registration details will be communicated by the organizing committee.
Registration deadlines must be strictly followed.
3. Game Rules:
Matches will be played on the official Mobile Legends game server.
Tournament mode and settings will be announced by the organizers.
Teams must abide by the official Mobile Legends rules, including game
mechanics, map objectives, and in-game guidelines.
4. Match Format:
Matches will be played in a best-of-three series.
The team that destroys the enemy's Nexus (base) first or achieves the victory
condition wins the match.
Side selection will be decided through a coin toss or predetermined method.
6. Gameplay Etiquette:
Good sportsmanship is expected from all participants.
No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game glitches is allowed.
Respect your opponents and fellow competitors at all times.
12. Spectators:
- Spectators are encouraged to support teams but must follow the event's code of
conduct.
- No interference with matches or players is allowed.
By participating in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang tournament during the Saint
Clare College of Region 2 Sportsfest 2023-2024, all teams and individuals agree to
abide by these guidelines and respect the spirit of competition. May the best
