WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 15, Article 2 of the 1987
Philippine Constitution and Section 16 of the General
Welfare Clause of the Local Government Code, local

WHEREAS, in objectively achieving the fight against the

- Provide protective gadgets, such as, facial masks,
goggles, gloves, to each Member of BHERT and
other local health personnel;

- Coordinate with health and police authorities, cause
the referral and transport of a Coronavirus suspect to
the DOH designated Coronavirus-referral center or

SECTION 4. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF
BARANGAY CHIEF EXECUTIVE

- Receive the Bureau of Immigration record and from

other sources. If available, on persons arriving in the

who are residents of the Barangay. In the absence of
such records, monitor arrivals and provide the City
with a report on such arrivals and measures and

EFFECTIVITY
- This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
