With this expansion, there is 1 new weapon rank added, SS. Weapons with this ranking are
incredibly powerful, and upon reaching SS rank with a proficiency a unit receives an additional
+2 damage and +10 accuracy with that weapon type. A weapon with a special quality in its effect
is effective against a unit with that special quality.
