SUMMARY: This service bulletin is revised to:

v Correct the P/N for the spring pin from MS17165 to MS171565 in Para. 2.D.
Material Necessary for Each Engine;
v Add a note in Para. 2.D. Material Necessary for Each Engine to allow the use of
Post-SB3192 compressor inlet case assembly P/N 3030352 (SB3192); and
v Revise the requirement in Para. 3.D. Accomplishment Instructions to write
accomplishment of P&WC S.B. No. 3263R4.

PT6A-41 Engines Serial No. PCE-85001 thru PCE-85462 and all engines converted to
Engine Model PT6A-41 (Ref. P&WC engine conversion SB3273).
PT6A-42 Engines Serial No. PCE-93001 thru PCE-94325.

B. Concurrent Requirements

P&WC SB No. 3192 must be done in conjunction with this service bulletin.

C. Reason

To improve durability and provide increased low cycle fatigue life for the compressor
first-stage.

D. Description

The compressor rear hub assembly and compressor blades are replaced with a
first-stage compressor rotor assembly featuring integral blades.

E. Compliance

CATEGORY 7 - You can do this service bulletin when the supply of superseded parts
is fully used.

F. Approval

D.O.T./D.A.A. approved.

3. Accomplishment Instructions

A. Remove the parts listed under Old P/N in Para. 2.D., Material Information, per the
applicable overhaul manual instructions.

B. Install the parts listed under New P/N in Para. 2.D., Material Information, per the
applicable overhaul manual instructions.

NOTE: The compressor must already incorporate the parts previously released on
P&WC P.D. Nos. 2645 and 2936.

C. Refer to the overhaul manual instructions to balance the compressor rotor balancing
assembly P/N 3113554-01, except that at Plane B install up to three balance weights
P/N 3005270 including a maximum of eight rivets P/N AN123153. Correct any remaining
unbalance by installing up to five balance rivets P/N AN 123152.

D. Write accomplishment of P&WC S.B. No. 3263R4 in the applicable engine module log
book.
