03. Bearish Breakdown Zone

Bullish Breakout Zone: The system plots a
Bullish breakout zone automatically after
market opening. Price is expected to give a
bullish breakout if this zone is cleared.

Bearish Breakout Zone: The system plots a

Bearish breakout zone automatically after
market opening. Price is expected to give a
bearish breakout if this zone is cleared.

Actionable Point: Till price trades between

these zones we can only look for scalping
opportunities, a good breakout trade can be
aimed once these zones are cleared with
other trade parameters being in check.

BPOC/Point of Control: Price is expected to

be bullish if BPOC is breached on the upside
or if Price Opens above the level and bearish if
Price breaches it on the downside or if Price
opens below the BPOC level.
Reversal Triggers

reversals. In case of a potential trend reversal
in a trade, the system is going to plot

The Trend Score, range will vary between -0.4 to 4.4.

With a higher Trend Score, one can expect bullishness,
and with a lower trend score, a bearish trend will be in
action. To initiate a trade 2 levels have to be observed

Buy Signal - Trend Score has to be greater than or equal

to 2.2

Sell Signal - Trend Score has to be lesser than or equal

to 1.8

For Long Trades a trend score of 4 signifies overbought

levels.

For Short Trades, a trend score of 0.5 and below

signifies oversold levels.

A change in trend score while being in a trade can also

aid in early exits from risky setups.

BLR - Moving Average

The system plots a moving average (plotted in terms of
price) which will be helpful in scalping the Index.

Actionable point - The breach of the BLR line gives a

good reversal opportunity. If one is looking for a new
trade they can make use of the crossover while having
other conditions to take a trade in check. Once in a trade,
the BLR line can be used to trail stop loss as well.

Things to remember

All scalping trades have to be in line with the original

trade trigger as per the larger time frame. For
example, if there is a short trade as per the 15 min
chart then on the shorter time frame opportunities to
short the symbol should be looked at and any contra
signals have to be ignored.

Scalping requires high-speed execution and involves

more risk than normal trade. Those with slower
terminals, and execution speed should completely
avoid scalping.
LWS RSI

Bullish and Bearish Thresholds: The LWS RSI utilizes predefined

thresholds to determine market conditions. When the RSI value
rises above 55, it signals a bullish trend, indicating potential
buying opportunities. Conversely, when the RSI value falls below
45, it suggests a bearish trend, highlighting potential selling
opportunities.

No Trade Zone: Within the RSI range of 45 to 55, the LWS RSI
identifies a No Trade Zone. This gray-colored area signifies a
period of market consolidation or indecision, indicating it may not
be an optimal time for trades.

Automatic Color Coding: To simplify interpretation, the LWS RSI

automatically color codes the RSI line. The bullish zone is
typically highlighted in Blue, indicating positive market sentiment,
while the bearish zone is represented in red, signaling a negative
market sentiment. This intuitive color scheme allows for quick
visual analysis and swift decision-making.
Sentiment Line

Our Sentiment Line, a refined version of the Anchored VWAP set

to the weekly timeframe, incorporates our unique code and
expertise. It offers a comprehensive outlook on market sentiment,
allowing you to identify crucial support and resistance levels with
precision.

Actionable: Price Tends to Respect the Sentiment Line and is

Bullish whenever above the Sentiment Line and Bearish whenever
Below.
Auto Pivot Points

Pivot Points are a powerful tool integrated

into our indicator that automatically plots key
price levels on any chart. These levels are
derived from the previous price action levels
and serve as reference points for potential
support and resistance areas.
LBP/SBP

LBP (Long Book Profit): LBP Signfies Profit

booking zones for the Long side.

Actionable: Exit your Long Positions or Start

Trailing SL aggressively. New Entries can be
made with tighter stop loss if the High of LBP
Candle is broken
SBP

SBP (Short Book Profit): SBP Signfies Profit

booking zones in the Short Side

Actionable: Exit your Short Positions or Start

Swing High & Swing Low
