    YEAR END CIRCULAR –KG to Grade 12


    Dear parents

    Greetings from GMS!

    We come to the end of another academic year 2022-23. First and foremost, we would like to thank the
    parent community for your compassion, patience, understanding and support throughout the year.

    Reflecting on this academic year, we have had so many great memories and exciting events to look back
    on. It was unprecedented!

    It has been our pleasure to interact and engage with your wards and as the academic year draws to a
    close, kindly be apprised of the following pertinent points.

    Bridge classes: Grade 9 th(KB & CBSE) and 11th (CBSE)Current year(2022-2023) students will have
    bridge classes from 20th March 2023 to 28th March 2023.Time table will be issued through class groups.

    Open House:
    Grade 1 to Grade 5 :27/03/2023 Timing:8.30a.m-12.30p.m
    Grade 6 to 9 & 11 CBSE (MS & AS) : 28/03/2023 Timing: 8.30a.m-12.30p.m

    Parents need to visit school for the open house to receive the promotion card to next grade. Students will
    not be admitted into the next grade without the promotion card.

    Fee dues: Kindly clear all fee dues before the Open House to access results and to transition into the next
    academic year. Promotion to the next grade will be withheld if fee dues are not cleared.

    Book sale for various grades will be:
