    Dear Parent,
    Warm Greetings!
    Kindly note the following.
    RESULTS FOR 2023-24
    Results for Pre KG, LKG & UKG – 16.03.2024
    Results for Std. I & II – 25.03.2024
    Results for Std. III to V – 26.03.2024
    Results for Std. VI to IX & XI – 27.03.2024

    Book Issue dates will be informed after results.

    Kindly note the following important information for the ensuing academic session
    2024-25.

     The New academic session 2024-25 commences on 04.04.2024 for UKG to Std.IX
    (Present LKG to Std.VIII)
     The School will close for summer vacation as follows.

    For UKG to Std. VIII – from 19.04.2024


    Std.IX, X & XII – from 26.04.2024

     During this period, UKG will work from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. only.

     The school will reopen after summer holidays as per the dates given below.

    For Std.X & XII – 06.06.2024


    PRE KG, LKG, Std.VI to IX & XI – 10.06.2024
    UKG to Std.V – 12.06.2024

     Attendance on the reopening day is compulsory and in case any student absents
    himself/herself, the name shall be Struck off from the rolls and the vacancy will be
    filled up with fresh candidates. Vacation should be planned accordingly.
     Payment of School fees for 2024-25:- The First Term Fees is payable from
    25th March to 5th April and the Second Term Fees is payable from
    20th September to 10th October. After the said date, the names of the students will
    be removed from the rolls and will not be permitted to attend the school. If the
    students wish to continue, a re-admission fee of Rs.3,000/- will be collected. Parents
    have the option of paying full year fees in the month of April 2024 with a
    concession of 5%.
     Fees should be paid through ONLINE ONLY. Cheque / Cash will not be
    accepted.

     In case of difficulty it can be paid in the school cash counter during the working
    hours 09.00 a.m to 01.00 p.m. through Demand Draft in favour of ‘Devi
    Academy’

     Transport Fee:- Transport Fee can be paid on monthly basis. Those who want to
    avail the facility can contact the office for further details.
