KAT: Before commencing the event, I would like to address a couple of housekeeping points.
First, Participants should mute their microphones when they are not speaking to avoid
distractions for others. This is a good practice to minimize background noise and prevent
unintended interruptions during the event. Secondly, any questions or queries that may arise
during the presentation should be addressed to the control panel in the form of a question or
comment. We, the hosts, will ensure that these questions are presented immediately after the
speaker's presentation and that a time for questions is available at the conclusion of the
presentation. Thank you.
