Akotop P70 is a hydrogenated, refined vegetable fat. The product has a good stability and long shelf life.
Application
Akotop P70 is particularly suitable as an alternative to dairy fat in whipped cream and toppings and in powdered dairy
products. Akotop P70 is fast-crystallising and has good whipping properties. Akotop P70 is used particularly whenever
neutral taste is an important parameter.
