I. ESSAY
1. One of the effective management strategies is to be a “model to the
students how to act in different situation”. Explain this strategy.

Answer:
I think the “model to the students how to act in different situation” it

shows, that a teacher you must be ideal center of your students. Because you are
the fountain of foundation to the youth or the center of knowledge, they will get
from you as a teacher. A teacher can do everything and he or she is flexible in
any circumstances in the classroom. As a teacher you are the only one who can
motivate the willingness and interest of your students, the student’s job is to
listen what the teacher taught to them, to follow and to improve their unique
personality and creativity in their personal life which is why modelling a student it
makes you a better teacher and a better outcome for your student as well. It also
tells that, to model a certain behavior to the students it helps them improve their
initiative, creativity, be the best version of themselves, to act politely, and to
respect one another which can come up to be a good attitude, values and to
influence them in a nice way. For example; you as a teacher, taught a student in
values education for like simply telling them to do this every day when you are in
the flag ceremony you need to stop moving and put your hand in the chest and
sing your national anthem to respect our country, saying “Good Morning Ma’am
and Sir” “Excuse me Ma’am and Sir” This are all good values and attitudes that
can turn up to be a good positive that you can influence to your students and
model them in a good certain way. In additional, the things to you can model your
students how to act in a different situation you can either focus on their behavior
instead on facilitating the behavior you want. Identify what counts as good
behavior and how you want your class to behave. Then, work on ways to
communicate it. Have a class discussion about positive behavior and base an
activity on it, such as creating reminder posters for the classroom. In doing this,
you’re getting students involved in a stimulating activity rather than directly
telling them what to do, which will have better results and lastly Be a positive role
model and behave in the same way you expect your students to. For example, if
you ask your students to always be on time, make sure you demonstrate good
time management. Similarly, if you ask students to be organized, ensure your
organization matches it. You should also try to be considerate of your students’
feelings, just as you want them to be considerate of others’. If you feel an
emotion that they feel, such as frustration, act out how you’d want them to
respond: count to ten and then carry on.
2. Explain the importance of classroom routines. 10 points
Answer:
I think the importance of classroom routines are for the rules and
regulations of the student’s day to day life cycle in school. It is like a monitoring
plan, which it makes them discipline their attitude and to know what are the do’s
and don’ts inside the classroom. It was practically made by teacher with the
majority of the student’s decision in their rules and regulations in the classroom
even in the school campus as well it also has that too. We can say that classroom
routines don’t just make the life of the teacher easier, it also saves the valuable
classroom time and it is very efficient routines make it easier for students to learn
and achieve more. In additional, classroom rules and routines are really important
because, it gives direction for the students to be aware of the classroom rules
and regulation enable to sustain a good environment and well-behave with an
obedience attitude when they are inside the classroom. To avoid, complicated
situations and to regulate all the solution inside the classroom with using the
rules on it. Also, when it comes to having rules in the classroom it is important as
a teacher to post the rules and make them simple for the students. The teacher
may have to remind the students about the rules because the students maybe
still learning the rules. Having rules in the classroom helps keep the students and
the room under control; at the same time the teacher shouldn’t over use the
strategies, reinforcement, logic consequences, time-out, and punishments.
Lastly, the routines were effective in ensuring the discipline and order in the
class, because it makes the teacher more convenient in time and management in
his/her classroom. And also, the routines were followed by the students and it
sustain the order inside the classroom and also in the online class as well. Yet,
without these routines in the classroom I am sure that it will be difficult for the
teacher to ensure the classroom to be discipline and accurate order in the
classroom and also to online class platform.
