    Ms. Ericha E. Solomon is currently a Junior High School Teacher I at Jose P Laurel Sr.

    High School,
    Quezon city. In 2007, she finished her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in General
    Science at Bataan Peninsula State University- Balanga Campus and became a licensed teacher in 2008.
    She also worked as Physics Teacher at Sarasas Witaed Rangsit School, Pathumthani, Thailand. While
    working, she also completed Diploma of International Instructional Leadership Management at
    International Institute of Influencers. Currently, she’s taking up Master of Arts in Science Education at
    Rizal Technological University, Boni Campus and has 36 units. She has been teaching in public school for
    two years now and handling Grade 10 Science. She is also the FEA Secretary and ICT Coordinator of
    Science Department in JPLSHS. Recently, she completed her action research about using DepEd videos
    as supplemental material during asynchronous classes in Grade 10 Science. Lastly, she became one of
    the evaluators in the previous international competition in Most Outstanding Teacher in Classroom-
    Based Assessment that was held last December 17, 2022.
