    MINUTES OF THE 36TH REGULAR SESSION OF THE 13TH SANGGUNIANG

    PANLUNGSOD ON TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2020, 9:00 A.M., AT THE


    SANGGUNIAN SESSION HALL, CITY HALL, NAGA CITY:-

    II. PRAYER

    The Body led by Hon. Vidal P. Castillo offered the Sanggunian


    Prayer.

    III. PAMBANSANG AWIT

    The Body sang the Pambansang Awit led by Hon. Joselito S.A.
    Del Rosario.

    At this point, the Chair acknowledged the presence of


    Hon. Ghiel G. Rosales and Hon. Jose B. Perez.

    No one availed of the Privilege Time.

    providing guidelines in handling minor offenders, and
    imposing penalties for violation thereof:-“

    2020-008(2019) on the deficiencies of the Naga River
    Rehabilitation and Development Fund (NRRDF) of the

    Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan of

    calendar year from January 1 to December 31, 2020
    amounting to One Million Two Hundred Nineteen
    Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen Pesos & 80/100

    this city, entitled: “A resolution respectfully
