    Technip Energies Professional Partners Privacy


    (FOR INCLUSION IN THE SUBCONTRACTS)

    To whom it may concern at [insert company name],

    Data protection and privacy laws already exist in many jurisdictions to protect how “personal data”,
    which relates to an identifiable individual (such as an individual’s name, email address, employee ID,
    bank account number or IP address) may be collected and handled.

    As part of our obligations under such laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation
    “GDPR”), we are required to provide certain information regarding how Technip Energies and its
    affiliates (“Technip Energies”) deal with the personal data that you give to us, our affiliates or agents,
    or that we otherwise obtain.

    We attach a copy of our Professional Partners Privacy Notice (the “Notice”). Where you are subject to
    data protection laws (under GDPR or otherwise), the information in this Notice may be helpful to you,
    because it sets out the relevant details about how Technip Energies will handle personal data about
    your personnel.

    Accordingly, the relevant Technip Energies entity wishes to confirm with you that:
    a) the Technip Energies entity and you and/or your affiliates may, directly or indirectly,
    exchange personal data in the course of our dealings, such as names of individuals, signatories
    and contact information.
    b) the Technip Energies entity and you and/or your affiliates will each comply with their
    respective obligations under applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the GDPR
    (where applicable).
    c) by exchanging or otherwise providing such personal data, the party which provides the
    personal data represents to the other party that (i) it has the right to provide such personal data
    to the other party, (ii) it has informed the individual whose personal data it is transferring, and
    (iii) it has obtained any required consents prior to sharing that personal data, where required. It
    acknowledges that the other party will rely on these representations.

    We do not require you to sign or acknowledge this communication, however, if going forward you
    continue to engage with a Technip Energies entity we shall treat such conduct as deeming you to have
    agreed with the Technip Energies entity to the terms of this communication.

    Technip Energies will collect, use, share and process the personal data as detailed in the Notice
    available at https://www.Technip Energies.com/en/about-us/governance as may be updated from time
    to time.

    Please note that this Notice sets out important information about how an individual may exercise their
    data protection rights when dealing with Technip Energies. At your discretion, you may either provide
    a copy of the Notice as attached to this communication to the relevant individuals within your
    organisation, or refer them to the Notice as available at https://www.Technip Energies.com/en/about-
    us/governance.
