JANSES E SIHALOHO SH
Founder & Managing Partner Sihaloho & Co
He earned a bachelor degree in law from University of Indonesia in
2003 and completed taxation education Brevet A and B from
University of Indonesia.
He started his career as an advocate in Indonesian Legal Aid and Human Rights Association
(PBHI) in 2003. Before establishing Sihaloho & Co., he worked as a partner of a number of law
firms and was one of co-founders of Indonesian Human Rights Committee for Social Justice
(IHCS) and the founder of Bhinneka Institute.
He is one of the executive members at The Indonesian Advocates Association’s (PERADI) South
Jakarta branch and member of the ethics committee at The Indonesian Commodity Futures
Trading Association (ASPEBTINDO).
He has a wealth of comprehensive experience in handling both general and specific criminal
cases. Specific criminal cases include political offences, corruption, mining, land, plantation,
construction, taxation, commodity futures trading, labor, press, disputes over the results of
general elections as well as judicial reviews at both Constitutional Court and Supreme Court.
RIANDO TAMBUNAN SH
Senior Partner Sihaloho & Co
Graduated from Bung Karno University in 2003. He started his
career as an advocate in Indonesian Legal Aid and Human Rights
Association (PBHI) and as a partner at TRIAS Law Firm.
He is one of co-founders of Indonesian Human Rights Committee for Social Justice (IHCS) and
had worked as legal specialist at The National Land Agency (BPN).
He had handled a number of political legal cases faced by several organisations, including
the Free Aceh Movement (GAM), Papua independence movement (OPM), Maluku separatist
rebel movement (RMS) and People’s Movement to Prosecute Soeharto (GEMAS).
He had been part of legal teams having won dozens of judicial reviews in
highest courts.

He has handled a number of legal cases, including sharia law, labor, construction, land, disputes
over the results of general elections as well as judicial reviews.
ARIF SUHERMAN SH
Junior Partner Sihaloho & Co
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Lampung University 2011, he
started his career as legal advocate at Indonesian Human Rights
Committee for Social Justice (IHCS), TRIAS Law Firm and M. Yasin
Djamaluddin Partnership Advocate Office.
He has handled litigations and non-litigations, with skills in both general and
specific criminal cases.
He had attended courses on human rights in Bangkok, Thailand and on property law in Brisbane,
Australia.
Previously, he worked at property law firm Erwin Kallo & Co. As an advocate, he was secretary-
general at Indonesian Advocate Association (AAI) in Bogor regency in West Java.
IMELDA SH
Senior Associate Sihaloho & Co.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tarumanegara University in
Jakarta in 2016. She started her career as a legal staff at PT
Combiphar.
She joined Sihaloho & Co in 2017 and is currently one of senior associates, handling a number
of litigations and non-litigations.
She had settled several cases under criminal law, civil law, certain civic law (industrial relations
settlement) and judicial reviews in highest courts (Constitutional Court and Supreme Court).
REZA SETIAWAN SH
Senior Associate Sihaloho & Co.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Lampung University in
2015. He started his career as an advocate at Indonesian Human
Rights Committee for Social Justice (IHCS).
He has handled a number of criminal and civil cases, disputes over the
results of general elections, industrial relations settlements, suspension of
debt payment obligation (PKPU).He pays special attention to cases in mining
and futures exchanges.

Being well-experienced in legal due diligence - legal opinion, he has handled litigations and
non-litigations as well as filing judicial review of the 2003 Law No. 19 on State-owned
Enterprises (BUMN) at Constitutional Court.
He started his career as a legal staff at PT Sumber Solusindo Pratama. He is experienced and
focused on handling civil lawsuits.
AULIA RAMADHANDI SH

He started his career as an advocate at law firm Effendi Syahputra and Partners and as
a branch manager at PT. Jagar Prima.
As Junior Associate Sihaloho & Co, he is focused on handling criminal legal cases.
He had worked as a researcher at Institute of Strategic, Democracy and Social Studies (KrisiS)
Semarang, as lawyer in Indonesian Legal Aid and Human Rights Association (PBHI), legal staff at
Nahdlatul Ulama Legal Aid (LBHNNU) as well as one of co-founders of Indonesian Human Rights
Committee for Social Justice (IHCS).
At present, he works as secretary-general for the legal aid division at Nahdlatul Ulama's (NU)
youth wing GP Ansor as well as head of subdivision at the Micro Finance Institution (LKM) under
The Financial Services Authority (OJK).
His expertise is in the land disputes, labor, foreign exchanges, taxation and intellectual
property rights.
