PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a highly disciplined self-motivated and dedicated man which has enabled me develop good
interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, analytical approach to tasks and ability to
work under pressure with minimum supervision, manage and implement complex processes to
successful conclusion that enables me to work with all individuals from all walks of life in disregard
of race, tribe and Nationality.
I am able to work for extra hours under minimal supervision and I have the charisma to perform to
my best to ensure that I accomplish the tasks allocated to me that enables the organization to achieve
the set goals and objectives. I am also a fast learner and ready to adapt to new changes and skills
necessary for the improvement of my services. I am a principled individual that puts God and my job
first and does not tolerate any behavior that crosses with my job ethics.
My main strengths are adaptability to change, dependability and determination to get things done. I
am also a social amicable person who is able to relate well with a wide range of people.
CAREER OBJECTIVE
To become part of a reputable international organization /firm in the world and continuously develop
and upgrade my knowledge in the business relations, dealings and management as well as
international negotiations while at the same time adding value to my employer through following the
ethical disciplines of the profession i.e. currently in regard to the Uganda labour laws and the
Employment Act 2006 through hard work, commitment, co-operation, sharing knowledge and
