REMOVAL

First remove:
– the door trim (Section 72A-A),
– the door mirror (Section 56A-A).

Release the frame interior trim (1). Carefully unclip the door frame seal.

Using tool Car. 1363, carefully remove the


weatherstrip at (2) then (3).

Take off the double sided strip (A).

Remove the frame seal.

REFITTING (special notes)

Before refitting, replace the double sided strip


(Part no.: 77 11 170 132).

Position and fit the angle seal (B) taking care to slide it
behind the panel (C).

Clip down the seal over its entire length.

Proceed in the reverse order to removal.

REMOVAL

First remove the door trim (Section 72A-B) (follow


the safety guidelines).

Position the window in the door box section.

Using tool Car. 1363, carefully remove the exterior


weatherstrip at (1) and (2).

Release:
– the frame interior trim,

Carefully unclip the door frame seal.

– the interior weatherstrip,


– the upper section of the double thickness seal (A).

REFITTING

Position and fit the angle seal (B) taking care to slide it
behind the panel (C).

Clip down the seal over its entire length.

For special notes on refitting the door trim, refer to


Section 72A-B (follow the safety guidelines).

Front door exterior weatherstrip 66A A
REMOVAL

Disconnect the door mirror connector.

Remove: Remove the bolt (B).


– the door mirror interior cover (1),
Release the door mirror.

Using tool Car. 1363, carefully remove the


weatherstrip at (2) then at (3).

REFITTING
– the mountings (A).
Proceed in the reverse order to removal.
Release the inner cover mounting.

REMOVAL

Using tool Car. 1363 carefully remove the exterior


weatherstrip at (1) and (2).

IMPORTANT: the fixed window holds in the


weatherstrip.

REFITTING

Position the weatherstrip in front of the fixed


window (2).

Clip in the weatherstrip.

REMOVAL

Remove the door lining (Section 72A-B) (follow the


safety guidelines).

– the interior weather strip,


– the upper section of the double thickness seal (B).

Remove the window retaining clip (A).

Release the moving shaft of the window lift.

Position the window in the door box section.

Using tool Car. 1363 carefully remove the exterior


weatherstrip at (1) then at (2).

Release:
– the frame interior trim,

Carefully unclip the door frame seal. Remove the fixed window runner mounting bolts (C).

REFITTING

Remove the window through the exterior of the door.

Position and fit the angle seal (D), taking care to slide
it behind the panel (E).

Clip down the seal over its entire length.

For special notes on refitting the door trim, refer to


Section 72A-B (follow the safety guidelines).
