Note: When routing the cutting wire into the vehicle interior, be careful not to cross the two wires, as this would make cutting the seal impossible. a Pass the cutting wire into the vehicle through the reserve (2) . a Fit the cutting handles on the two sections of the cutting wire inside the vehicle. a Cut the cement bead from (3) to (4) and leave the other handle in place until needed.
a Position: - the indexing guides, - the positioning shims on the sunroof operating mechanism. a Position the mobile panel in the closed position. a Bond the sunroof operating mechanism (this operation requires two people + another inside the vehicle). a Check that the positioning shims touch the roof. III - FINAL OPERATION a Fit the electrical wiring on the clips. a Connect the sunroof motor supply connector. a Remove the indexing guides 30 minutes after bonding. a Refit the headlining (see Headlining: Removal Refitting) (71A, Body internal trim).
Note: Reduce the length of the cutting wire as you cut. a Pass the cutting wire to the roof centre cross member. a Extend the cement bead cut at (4) to (5) . a Leave the cutting handle in place at the opposite cross member. a Cut the cement bead with the other handle from (6) to (5) up to the roof centre cross member. a Cut the cement bead on the roof centre cross member, by pulling on the two handles. a Remove the sunroof operating mechanism using the special support (this operation requires two people): - support: PARV 202, - set of arch supports: APARV 200 ESP.
