    Invitation to frame Moot Court Problem for XXIV National Moot


    Court Competition - 2024
    Sir/ Madam,

    For last 23 years our College is successfully conducting National Level Moot Court Competition,
    based on brain storming crucial problems. It requires studies and research from students on varied laws.
    This is our 24th year of National Moot Court Competition. Every year we publicly invite moot problems to be
    framed by the faculty (Full time / part time) and students of Law Colleges / Schools throughout India.
    Hence, this year also we are inviting faculty and students of Law Colleges / Schools in India to frame
    moot problems for our competition. After receiving problems framed by them we forward it to a panel
    consisting of Hon’ble Judges of High Court (Retired/ Acting) and Advocates to select best two moot
    problems for preliminary and final round of the competition. The faculty / Students, whose problems
    selected by panel, would be appreciated by our college with certificate to that effect.

    This is an invitation to the entire respected faculty / students of your institution to participate in
    the activity. It would be a proud feeling for us, if your esteemed Institution participates in this activity.
    Hence, you are requested to kindly circulate this invitation amongst the faculty / students of your
    institution.
    A draft soft copy of the problem for the forthcoming XXIV National Moot Court Competition-
    2024 shall reach us in font Times New Roman Font size - 12, Word at
