SPARZO-2023 RULES AND REGULATIONS


Event Name : SPARZO-2023

Pro-Tech (Technical Competition)

● Participants must use their laptops (if applicable).


● There are three rounds; participants should aim to achieve the highest score in each round.
Evaluation will be based on their scores.

In the final round, the top three participants will be nominated as the winners of the
"PRO-TECH" , and they will be rewarded with an Attractive Prizes.

Round 1- RAPID FIRE

★ Participants must use their laptops.


★ This is a technical assessment, and questions will be asked on the following
topics:
I. Aptitude
II. Verbal Ability
III. Critical Reasoning
IV. Abstract Reasoning
★ The scores obtained will be taken into consideration for evaluation.

Round 2- BUG ZONE (Programming Languages: C, Python, JAVA)

★ Participants must use their laptops.


★ Each participant is allotted 30 minutes for 5 questions, and the score will be
taken into consideration for evaluation.

Round 3- CODE WAR (Programming Languages: C, Python, JAVA)

★ Participants must use their laptops.


★ Each participant is allotted 60 min for 3 questions, and the score will be taken
into consideration for evaluation.

PAPER PRESENTATION:

★ Participants must use their laptops & team should consist of 2-4 members.
★ The participants should bring their presentation (PPT) containing a maximum
of 5 slides. They will have 5 minutes to present their idea to our evaluators
and the score will be taken into consideration for evaluation.

The evaluation will be based on the following criteria:

➢ The idea should be creative and innovative, with clear and concise
content.
➢ The dress code should be formal and Time management is
mandatory.
Non-Technical Competition:

● For all Non-technical events, participants should form a team consisting of a maximum of 4
members or they can participate individually.
● The participants will be selected for each round, and the top three participants in each
Non-technical event will be designated as the winners, receiving exciting prizes.

Brain Tuning

★ Participants have to use their laptops.


★ It's a quiz competition, and the questions are about 'Gaming Technology & General
Knowledge'.
★ The score will be taken into consideration for evaluation.

Clickz and Trend Your Reel

★ Participants must use their own DSLR camera and a compatible device.
★ They are responsible for selecting content that does not harm or offend others, avoiding
political subjects. The video should be no longer than 5 minutes in duration.

Treasure Hunt

● Participants should form teams consisting of 3 to 6 members.


● The instructions about event will be communicated to you at our campus, and the
performance of each team will be taken into consideration for the evaluation.

Game Zone

★ Participants should form a team (4 Members) or they can participate individually.


★ Participants have to use their mobile/laptop and the particular game to be installed
(FREE FIRE & BGMI)
★ Depending upon the score points, a Rank will be given.
