In a remarkable union of engineering prowess, Hausland Construction Corporation (HCC), Fiesta
Communities Inc. (FCI), and Hausland Development Corporation (HLDC) embarked on a quest for
excellence. On the 12th of October 2023, our collective journey led us to Mille Case Residences in
Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, to scrutinize and celebrate the groundbreaking application and
performance of FASI Forms Inc.'s PLASFORM formworks system. It was more than an inspection; it was
an ode to engineering precision.
b. Mastering Challenges, Igniting Progress

On the 18th of October 2023, HCC's visionary leaders, Engr. Huberit and Engr. Yumang, orchestrated a
captivating visit to the evolving canvases of Timog Triangle and Police Station 5. Their mission was
powered by the exceptional support of Engr. Ronnel Gonzales and the versatile Ms. Mylla Ventura. It
wasn't just an inspection; it was an exploration of engineering excellence. The goal was simple yet
profound: evaluate project progress, uncover engineering challenges, and illuminate the path to
structural perfection.
II. Motorpool Management: Crafting Engineering Efficiency
a. Navigating Engineering Excellence - The Motorpool Odyssey

HCC unveiled its meticulously crafted Motorpool Management Manual (Equipment Rental) with a vision
to revolutionize our equipment management. This manual, awaiting the CEO's final approval, promises
to redefine efficiency in the last quarter of the year. Within its pages lie the blueprints of engineering
greatness: the Equipment Rental/Hire-out Manual, Equipment Rental Rates Guide, Equipment Request
(Standard Form), Equipment Rental/Hire-Out Agreement (Standard Form), Equipment Daily Operation
Report (Standard Form), and Equipment Delivery Receipt (Standard Form).
b. Engineering Symphony
In the world of gears, grease, and engineering brilliance, HCC composed a symphony. The "Motorpool
Executive Dashboard" was born - an opus that narrates the financial crescendo, the orchestration of
manpower, and the grand spectacle of equipment utilization and deployment. It's more than data; it's
an engineering marvel.
c. The Organizational Ensemble

As the manual takes shape, so does the organizational chart, an ensemble that resonates with the
engineering symphony.
III. Crafting Engineering Excellence in Concrete Products
a. Elevating Craftsmanship
The Process Flow for Concrete Products underwent a transformation. At its core lies the commitment to
elevate the art of engineering craftsmanship, ensuring that the path to structural perfection is well-lit
and scrupulously followed.
b. The Engineering Canvas of Data

To illuminate this path, HCC painted a canvas of engineering data. The "Concrete Products Executive
Dashboard" is a masterpiece that reveals the financial tapestry, the tapestry of manpower, and the
strokes of equipment status and production. It's more than a dashboard; it's an engineering canvas of
excellence.
IV. Engineering Odyssey Continues: Unveiling Value
a. The Engineering Value Odyssey

Value isn't uncovered; it's engineered. HCC embarked on an engineering odyssey to unveil value,
comparing CHB Wall with various formworks systems: CIP PERI DUO, CIP PHENOLIC, CIP PLASFORM, and
CIP ALUFORM. Soon, an actual site visit will add new layers to this engineering odyssey.
b. The Chronicles of Engineering Innovation

In the Chronicles of NOAH Business Applications, HCC's engagement is legendary. From August 8, 2023,
Engr. Yumang has been the guiding light, steering the engineering ship. The next chapter awaits, with
Engr. Huberit poised to lead.
c. Engineering Vision: Water Treatment for Hanin Town

In a grand assembly, representatives from HCC and the Hausland Group converged with Waymaker
Technologies Corporation to unveil the engineering vision of the Septage System for the Hanin Town
project. An engineering symphony of water treatment was composed.
d. The Blueprint of Water Supply Excellence

Guided by the visionaries of VWSSI, Engr. Edwin Reyes and Engr. Robert Suarez, HCC crafted an
engineering masterpiece: a water supply system, a vision for the Hanin Town that flows with
engineering promise.
e. Engineering Excellence: Shaping Quality

The QA/QC Manual for Timog Triangle is now awaiting the final nod. Quality is an engineering journey,
and this manual is the guide. It promises to shape the world of engineering quality at HCC.
f. Talent Unearthed
The search for HCC's Accounting Officer is an engineering quest for financial excellence. The tale of an
engineering virtuoso is unfolding.
g. A New Dawn: Engineering Leadership

With Engr. Mark Roger Huberit II's arrival on October 3, 2023, a new engineering chapter begins. The
journey into the future has an engineering guide and a vision.
h. Engineering Blueprint of Tomorrow

The updated HCC Organizational Chart carries the engineering vision of tomorrow. Soon, it will be
presented to the ManComm in November 2023, an engineering blueprint of progress.
i. Engineering Transformation: Timog Triangle Turnover

With each engineering page turned, a story unfolds. HCC compiled all the chapters of tests conducted on
site and site development plans for the Timog Triangle Turnover. It's an engineering page-turner with a
vision.
