Pizza Fractions
Materials:
Small pieces of paper
10 small pieces of paper

Steps:
1. Write out different fractions on the small pieces of paper (For eg: 2 3 4

6 , 3 , 5 , 6 , ¾) and place them in the bag/bowl.

2. Start by picking a piece of paper randomly from the bag/bowl.


3. On the A4 paper, draw a circle using a pen/pencil and a compass. Divide
the circle into equal parts based on the denominator. You may want to use a
protractor for accuracy in your pizza. Remember that the sum of angles at a
point is 360 degrees.
4. Based on the numerator, decorate and colour your pizza to show the
fraction on the small piece of paper. Hint: You need to look at the
numerator!

Multiplication Dice Game
Materials:
3 dice
1 paper and 1 pencil
A timer

Steps:
1. Player 1 rolls the three dice and multiplies the three numbers as shown on
the dice in 5 seconds.
2. If the answer is correct, the player gets one point. Keep track of the points
on a piece of paper.
3. The next player then takes his/her turn, and play continues clockwise.

Muffin Tin Maths

Materials:
1 12 cup muffin tin
12 cupcake wrappers
1 marker
3 ping pong balls
1 stopwatch

Steps:
1. Write any equation on the 12 cupcake wrappers.
2. Slot them into each hole in the muffin tin.
3. Players can set a time on the stopwatch and try to solve as many
equations as possible within the time.
4. From a distance, use the ping pong balls and aim to land into the
cupcake wrappers.
5. If the player solves the equation correctly, he/she earns a point.
6. Whoever gets the most number of points during the set time wins!

Uno Flip

Materials:
1 pack of Uno cards (numbers only)
1 pack of Post-it notes
1 paper
1 pen

Steps:
1. Write a “+”and “=” symbol on a Post-it note and place on the table face up
to form an addition equation, leaving room for the Uno cards to sit between
the symbols. (You may choose to write other mathematical symbols such
as ‘-‘, ‘x’ or ‘÷’)
2. Divide your Uno number cards into two piles and face it downwards.
3. Flip over one card from each pile and place it into the addition equation.
4. Whoever gets it right first gets to keep both cards.
5. Continue to flip over two cards at a time.
6. The player with the most cards wins.

Steps:
1. Draw any triangle.
2. Cut out the interior angles and paste them on a straight line.
