    AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

    I, GANIE L. MUYCO, of legal age, Filipino, married to Rio Diaz Muyco


    and with residence address at 66 J. Garcia St., Banga 1 st, Plaridel, Bulacan,
    after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose
    and say:

    1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land covered by TCT


    No. 039-2021002762 with an area of FIFTY (50) SQUARE METERS,
    more or less, located at Bo. Makinabang, Baliuag, Bulacan;

    2. That, however, it appears in the description of said title, described


    as “x x x along line 1-2 by Lot 27 of the Cons. Subd. plan;” x x x” is
    incorrect, when in truth and in fact it should be “x x x S. 58 deg.
    13’W., 10.00 m. x x x”;

    3. That the error in the description of said title was due to clerical or
    typographical error;

    4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the


    facts contained herein and for whatever legal intents and purposes
    it may serve.
