COURSE DESCRIPTION
This semester course is aimed at the student who wishes to learn more about the Broadcasting industry
including TV, Radio, podcasting, and other web casting platforms. Students will learn the history of
broadcasting, and video, audio, and graphic techniques and equipment as well as writing and planning
techniques for broadcasting in a project- based learning environment. This course is a prerequisite for
Broadcast Journalism and Radio Broadcasting
