    1. PRECAUTION

    NOTICE:
    2GR-FE STARTING
    CRUISE CONTROL After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required
    before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
    Power Source/Network
    Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the

    negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work

    2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY
    (a) Remove the windshield wiper motor and link assembly .

    3. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    4. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    5. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    CAUTION:
    Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the
    negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system .

    NOTICE:
    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized
    after the cable is reconnected .

    6. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET

    7. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

    8. REMOVE BATTERY

    9. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    10. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    11. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

    12. REMOVE INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY

    13. REMOVE NO. 1 SURGE TANK STAY

    14. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY
