1. What should you do at the start of your shift? Please enumerate and explain each step
First is time management – you need to make sure you are on time. You are hired to
perform an important role, so you are expected to be present for work, on time every day.
Arriving late, being tardy and absences cause disruption to your team and your client. Good
attendance and punctuality are something that is expected from all remarkable employees. You
should be at your work-station for the duration of your scheduled working hours, except for your
breaks. Secure good and stable internet connection before starting to work. Prioritize to make a
list of those itmes that need your immediate attention. Start early to have time to quietly plan
your day. Interval work for you to to organize your workday into 15-minute segment as that’s
often long enough to get something done and short enough to find that time in your day. Also,
you need to avoid distractions, resist the urge to check unrelated distraction. Taking these steps
to be well rested and well-fed can make a big difference in making a success in your job.
2. What should you do at the end of your shift? Please enumerate and explain each step
Ending your day on a good note will also ensure that you look back on it with a sense of
accomplishment and fulfillment, making it easier to get up and go to work the next morning.
Evaluate your to-do list. Make sure you are where you need to be on these activities and that
you’ve accomplished as much as you could. If you could quickly get something done before you
leave, do it. This will save you time the next morning. Review your schedule for the next
day. Make sure you’re aware of any meetings or calls for the following day. You can also use
this opportunity to schedule time on your calendar to accomplish any remaining items from
today’s to-do list. Check in with your boss. This is also a great opportunity to double-check
deadlines and confirm that everyone is on the same page. Make a new to-do list. Determine
what you must accomplish the next day and have a plan of how you will use your time to
manage your priorities. Reflect on the day, you can make time to reflect on your best
achievement or success that day, you could end up walking out with a spring in your step.
3. Let me know the step-by-step process on how you log in and how you start taking
calls using MOJO, Calltools, and Xencall.

MOJO
To start using the MOJO dialer, go to mojo sell first name of the website – make sure
you already have your account set up - log in first have your log in system - take your excel
spreadsheet including their contact information how to upload the system go to my data click on
import choose file you want to import and look for the excel spreadsheet list of name of peoples
for you to make calls you want to upload and click next and upload you can filter name and it
uploads automatically into the system - this is how you import all leads. When making phone
calls on Mojo it dials 3 people at the same time. First person who answer is sent right to you and
it pops up on the screen and second person who answers if you are still on a call will get a
recorded message which is the callback message. You can record a VM message if they don’t
answer the call. Time to make phone call you need to go to power dialer pick who would you
like to call what message we want to leave. Select a specific lead to make the call, calling 3
lines so it is important for you to set up your caller id, VM message, and callback message.
Then start dialing it will show you the list of the people, ready to make phone call click okay. Call
the number now and make sure you have a head set put in the pin and phone Is now connected
you would see 3 area for you to be available to make phone calls. Dialing 3 people at the same
time, type in something on the notes section and select a disposition. And at the bottom portion
shows the time of the hours and it will show the number of people you’ve spoke with VM left
minutes of phone time and # of dials.
Calltools
To start using the Calltools version 2.0 you will see Contact Center, PBX, Data, Reports,
Integrations, and Account. On the account this is where we set up user for the agents / cold
callers. For Users, they have their own extension and if someone is going to call them it’s going
to have a voice over about their extension number, for the features under agent account you
can set up you own password or generate their own password. For VM you can set up VM
recording if no one’s answer the phone. For Phones this is where we set up phone numbers for
agent account. For connectors, use it’s when you disposition the lead. Follow me calling is the
standard flow when an agent call destination is to look up the first web phone avail and ring that
phone and if no answer made fail over to the agent’s voice mail. IP whitelisting this a specific
one or more IP network uses for platform from. Under Integrations which includes API
Documentation for you to set up your API Token to integrate them from our CRM. For HTTP

Xencall
To make calls using the dialer first switch to ready mode. To tell the Dialer when you are ready
to make calls, switch your Availability Mode to "Ready". You will see a "Background dialing"
message appear at the top of the screen shortly. Answer the Call. When the Dialer connects
you with a Lead, you will hear a beep and see their Lead Profile appear on your screen. You
can now begin speaking with the Lead. Handle the Call. As you speak with the Lead, you can
refer to the CRM Fields to see information about them. Review any Scripts that appear on the
Profile for guidance. Switch to the Contact History tab if you have any Call Notes to record.
Disposition the Call. As you begin to wrap up your call, select a Call Result that best describes
your experience speaking with the Lead. Click on one of the Call Result buttons. You'll
see Follow-up Settings for that result appear below, which you can adjust as needed. Once
your call is complete, click Submit call log to disposition the Lead. End the Call. Once you
select a Call Results button, it may be configured to end the call automatically. If not, you will
need to end it manually - just open the Dial Pad and click the End Call button. Once the Lead
Profile is closed and the call is ended, the Dialer will connect a new call for you as soon as
possible.

first?

8. Define the following words in real estate


1. -Retail Price - The retail price of a product is the price that a customer will pay when
purchasing a product at a retail store. This is the final price that customers pay. The retail price
is the price that the customers pay for the final product that is sold.
2. -Arson - Arson, crime commonly defined by statute as the willful or malicious damage or
destruction of property by means of fire or explosion. In English common law, arson referred to
the burning of another person's dwellings under circumstances that endangered human life.
3. -Equity - Equity is the amount of capital invested or owned by the owner of a company. The
equity is evaluated by the difference between liabilities and assets recorded on the balance
sheet of a company. The worthiness of equity is based on the present share price or a value
regulated by the valuation professionals or investors.
4. -Auction Properties - An auction property is a piece of real estate that's owned by a bank
and sold at auction. This means that the property has been foreclosed on and been
repossessed by the bank or a court, usually because the previous owner could not settle the
outstanding payments on the property.
5. -Foreclosure - Foreclosure is a process that begins when a borrower fails to make their
mortgage payments. When a home is foreclosed upon, the lender typically repossesses and

(boats, mobile homes, office equipment, and the like).

outlines terms and conditions related to the sale of goods. As a legally binding contract between

10. When to tag a call Warm or HOT.

Warm leads show some interest in your business. However, they still haven't chosen to
do business with you, so you'll need to convince them that you're the right choice. Hot leads are
qualified leads who need the product or service you offer and are interested and able to buy
from you very soon.
11. Having defective equipment (headset and/or laptop,) intermittent power outages and
unreliable internet are definitely not recommended when we work from home. What
impressions will we give to our clients or MCS if these things keep happening and why?

Relation between trust will be affected. It will give them a bad impression in which they
would think that you are not a remarkable employee or an effective employee. They would it of
so many things in which your credibility will be question and how you handle your job. You don’t
want that to happen you first thing first is always make sure to secure everything, including your
tools, internet connection, power support and always be on time for you to be productive when
working and also to deliver good numbers as well.

12. Why is it recommended to have a comfortable workstation free from any background
noise?
It is very important to have a comfortable free from any background noise for you to
focus and have more attention when it comes to working. It helps you to be more concentrate,
be productive and creative. It provides you a sense of calm. Helps you with your productivity
especially if you are running on a very little sleep and trying to complete as many task as
possible in as short period of time.

13. What are your back up plans should there be a power outage and internet issues?

It’s important to have backup internet connection like prepaid mobile broadbands, pocket
WiFis, or wireless USB sticks especially during emergencies. You can use it to immediately
inform your employer about your situation, and to finish some light tasks. Conserve the batteries
of your gadgets. Be wise about how you use your gadgets like laptop and cellphones so you
can conserve their batteries. You may want to focus on getting your tasks done before doing
anything else. Prepare extra batteries and power banks and keep them fully charged.
