INTRODUCTION
The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) is a human development measure of the
national government that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor, to improve the
health, nutrition and the education of children aged 0-18. It is patterned after the conditional cash
transfer (CCT) schemes in Latin America and African countries, which have lifted millions of people
around the world from poverty. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)is the
lead government agency of the 4Ps.
We the Project team-ANGAT SAPAT of don Manuel Rivera Memorial Integrated National
High School discussed the different views of the student beneficiaries regarding the goals of the
program particularly on its contribution to them and how would they like to assess the current
framework of the program.
We motivate them in going to school and push them to perform well in the academic
activities.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To achieve 100% completion rate among 4Ps recipients.
2. To perform well in the academic activities
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Monitored the progress report of 4Ps recipients.
2. Coordinated with the advisers for profiling of 4Ps recipients as regard to their performance.
3. Monitored the 4Ps students from grade 7-10.
4. Monitored the beneficiaries’ monthly attendance and school progress through proper
coordination with the advisers.
BEST PRACTICES:
Monitor the progress of the project and provide on going support advocacy with special
attention.
