In conclusion, McDonald’s is not doing so bad in their international human
resource management but it needs to improve and do it better. This will allow
McDonald’s to improve their reputation and image as a multinational company and
will attract more talents to work for the company. Besides that, it may also reduce the
rate of turnover.
