development engineering in landed house buildings and high-rise buildings as well as
maintenance work, then what is no less important is having the financial ability for capital
work and have credit facilities from banks or other financial institutions of at least USD 60
million as reflected in existing credit facilities or approved submissions or offers of joint
financing from banks or financial institutions in accordance with the needs of project
