    READING REMEDIATION OF GRADE- 7 CLASS IN ENGLISH

    In this time of pandemic, we can say that reading activities are a great challenge. As reading is a
    multifaceted process that develops only with practice. There are certain aspects of reading such as fluency and
    word recognition which can be learned through practice.

    San Piro National High School teachers conducted the reading remediation though this was a big
    challenges to them .
    The teacher who serves as a prime mover, the students of grade -7 as key participants and especially the
    parents who administered and gave their support on their children since we are not in our traditional
    classroom environment.
    The objectives of this reading Remediation are the following:

    1. To establish accuracy and fluency in reading


    2.improve comprehension skills of students
    3. Develop students love for reading

    Indeed, reading is one of the very important element of education that why we need to pay attention to
    this essential needs.
