areas of animal husbandry, cattle ranching, poultry farming, aqua culture,
rice farming, palm oil farming, green house agriculture etc.
HOW WE WORK
The agro-industrial estate program will accelerate a broad base agro-
economic recovery through a more inclusive and competitive agricultural
industry. AIEP will stimulate access to finance by strengthening partnership
between financial service providers and value chain actors including input
suppliers and buyers to facilitate a sustainable access to financial services
for small and medium producers. Activities will also create a more effective
market infrastructure for farmers and increase their profitability through
better access to markets.
The project will be implemented through a multi-sectorial partnership
structure involving the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural
Development, Youths for Agriculture Nigeria, Paschals and Sylvesters
Limited, Agric Pacific SDN Malaysia, Chubie Logistics Solutions Limited, CC
Naigol Nigeria Limited, Cycus Bay Nigeria Limited, Frankmek Global

provided by the states and private investors, which will greatly improve
their lives and personal developments.

encourage mass student enrolment in agricultural activities at different

gain full employment alongside other grants to be facilitated by Youths for
Agriculture Nigeria.

outline planned activities and expected results for each project component.
During the development of this work plan, YFA staff met with stakeholders
and partners to discuss the numerous economic and political changes that
have taken place and or may take place in the country. These meetings
served the purpose of validating and updating key assumptions for all the
project components and developed the foundation for strong partnership
between the project and stakeholders.

the duration of the loan. The farm will be transferred to the farm owners
after repayment of the loan. The farm owner can opt to retain YFA for the
farm maintenance even after the repayment of the loan.

Youth for Agriculture and its partners agree to provide the following;
1) Provide heavy and light machinery like tractors to clear and till the
soil for farming.
6) Be the sole off-taker to buy off all agricultural produce and harvest
from the farms.
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
Our design and development team is pleased to present our initial vision
for the development of the Agro Industrial Estate Project, we understand
that this is a special property with deep significance to the communities in
which they will be constructed, and as such, requires a non-traditional
development approach because of the fact that it combines both residential
houses and farm lands. We believe that our proposed approach not only
provides an opportunity to own a house but also a form of investment for
the subscribers. It is also a unique vision for an affordable and sustainable
housing project. Our proposal combines development footprint for housing
and highly sustainable, affordable housing.
