    JOB DESCRIPTION
    I. Brief Description
    Engineering Consultants Vietnam Co., Ltd. (ECVN) is looking for a professional and
    qualified Operational Technology Security Engineer (OT Security Engineer) to join
    our Engineering team. As an OT Security Engineer, you will be part of our SCADA team
    in the Renewables business area, ensuring that security is implemented, and a consistent
    security level is reached in all customer projects. For this task, strong collaboration with
    other engineers is required to succeed. Our client is the world’s leading supplier of
    engineering solutions for offshore substations. Particularly, the Client’s Offshore Wind
    markets include Europe, Asia, and the USA, that you can expect to be involved in projects
    worldwide.

    II. Qualifications And Requirements


    Qualification:
    Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. To
    succeed in this position, you must have thorough practical experience with:
    • IEC62443, NERC CIP or similar standards
    • Designing and implementing security preferably in the field of industrial control
    systems
    • Driving and aligning architectural development and principles in system context
    with many different contributors

    • Taking responsibility to improve and meet customer expectations in an industry
    that is undergoing major changes due to legislation and high impact business.

    Most importantly, you understand OT security and how it relates to our customers’
    business. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different
    cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-
    oriented approach.
    Tasks and Responsibility:
    We are strongly driven by standards and regulations but also focusing on business
    opportunities in terms of products and features creating value. Your tasks will include but
    are not limited to:
    • Implementing client specific requirements in substation design for multiple
    subsystems like SCADA, low-voltage, HVAC, etc.
    • Contribute with the implementation of best practice & industry accepted security
    architecture on solution level typically based on standards like IEC 62443 & NERC
    CIP
    • Reviewing ITT packages and providing input to tenders consisting of calculations,
    descriptions, clarifications, and reservations
    • Analyze and provide SCADA solution proposals for customers.
    • Provide technical documentation of Cybersecurity solutions.
    • Data Network Architecture
    • Collecting and managing subsystem documentation
    • Executing FAT/SAT tests for both sub systems and common infrastructure
    • Coordination and planning with external stakeholders

    The job can involve limited travelling to overseas Client offices, sub-suppliers, and
    customers.
    Performance Goals:
    The KPI and performance goals are to be discussed and assigned by Lead Discipline
    Engineer/Project Manager.
    Duration & Type of labor contract
    This job is for long term contract per Vietnam Labor law.
