    - NOTICE OF SALE AND ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT TO JCL CREDIT LEASING SON BHD ('JCL')

    We are pleased to inform you and hereby give you notice that we have acquired the services of JCL
    Credit Leasing Sdn Bhd, having its place of business at WISMA BH, 2nd and 3rd Floor, No 361 Jalan
    Pudu, Pudu 55100 Kuala Lumpur (the 'Assignee') who have under our arrangement with them agreed
    to accept the payment due from you, now and in the future pertaining to the Contract, and who under
    our arrangement with them have purchased the Contract from us by way of true sale and have been
    assigned absolutely all the proceeds monies rights, title, benefits and interest now or hereafter accruing
    to, due and payable to us by your good self under the abovementioned Contract.

    All payments under the Contract shall continue to be made in accordance with the Contract terms until
    such time as JCL shall notify you in writing to the contrary.

    In the event you wish to early settle the outstanding due under the Contract, and to obtain a good and
    proper discharge of your liability to us, please contact JCL at 03-26167800 and all such payments must
    be made directly to JCL.

    Upon payment into said account, you are to forthwith notify JCL and us in writing supported with the
    evidence of payment.

    This letter and the authority and instruction contained herein are irrevocable and may not be modified,
    varied and/or cancelled without the prior consent in writing of JCL.

    (a) I consent to the sale and assignment of the Contract referred to in the said notice of sale and
    assignment;

    (b) I will make payments pursuant to terms of the Contract into the abovementioned account; and

    (c) I agree that if there are late payment incurred by me, JCL has the rights to contact me via my
    handphone, office phone or to give me a house visit at the address provided by me.

    (d) I hereby acknowledge that the above instructions given by XANDERIA SERVICE SDN BHD to
    me shall remain irrevocable unless JCL agrees to the revocation in writing.
