Dear Sir/Madam,

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE OF GHL MERCHANT SERVICES

We, J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (XX Branch) (hereinafter referred to as “J&T Malaysia” or
“We”), thank you for accepting an offer from J&T Malaysia on using GHL Merchant Services in order
to simplify the distribution, payment and collections need when providing courier services to the
customers.

You, Omer Zeb Bin Mohd Yaseen (NRIC No. 840927-12-5071 ), acting on behalf of
[PCP’s Company Name] (Company No. XXX) (hereinafter referred to as “the PCP” or “You”), hereby
accept the GHL Terminal and other accessories in connection thereof (hereinafter collectively referred
to as “the Equipment”) from GHL Cardpay Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 586681-A) (hereinafter referred
to as “the Service Provider”) on [Date of Acceptance of GHL Terminal] in good operating condition.
The details of the Equipment are stated as follows: -

Upon signing on this Letter of Acceptance or receipt of the Equipment from the Service Provider
(whichever is earlier), you shall assume all obligation and liability with respect to the possession of
the Equipment and for its use, condition and storage during the term of the Premium Courier Point
Service Agreement dated [Signing date of the PCP Agreement] (hereinafter referred to as “the PCP
Agreement”). You shall at all times comply with the terms and conditions of the Letter of Offer entered
into between the Service Provider and J&T Malaysia with the following subject of “GHL Merchant
Services – Payment Acceptance Program” dated 17th March 2021 (as affixed at Exhibit).

The Parties hereby agree the Merchant Discount Rate (hereinafter referred to as “MDR”) (refer to
Clause 1 of the Letter of Offer) which will be imposed by the Service Provider, and the MDR shall be
borne by the following Party:

☐ J&T Malaysia and PCP agree that J&T Malaysia shall have absolute discretion to determine the
MDR is to be borne by PCP from time to time with prior written notice to the PCP.

☐ PCP and PCP further acknowledge that the Service Provider reserves the right at its sole and
absolute discretion to review and vary the MDR from time to time and any changes thereto shall be
effective on the date specified by the Service Provider and its related companies in the notice issued
to J&T Malaysia and/or PCP.

The PCP hereby further agree to pay for charges of Monthly Rental and Setup Fees, including but not
limited to SME Insurance, Installation Fee, Monthly Termination Rental Fee and 1-year Advance
Monthly Termination Rental Fee, and any charges, if applicable (refer to Clause 2 of the Letter of
Offer) by Service Provider whether would be or would be reasonably like to be imposed from time to
time.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the SME Insurance which amounts to Ringgit Malaysia One
Hundred and Sixty-Eight (RM168.00) only shall be procured in the following manner:

☐ PCP will at its own cost and expense to purchase the said Insurance.

☐ PCP will NOT purchase the said Insurance and further indemnify J&T Malaysia in accordance
with the indemnification clause mentioned herein.

The term of this Letter of Acceptance commences on the date of Acceptance of the Equipment from
the Service Provider and ends, with respect to the PCP Agreement. This Letter of Acceptance may be
terminated at any time if (i) the PCP Agreement has been terminated by either Party for whatsoever
reason or (ii) the Letter of Offer has been terminated by J&T Malaysia or the Service Provider for
whatsoever reason. Upon termination of this Letter of Acceptance, the PCP shall return the Equipment
to J&T Malaysia and/or the Service Provider within seven (7) working days from the date of the
termination of this Letter of Acceptance.

Except to the extent caused by the negligent acts or omission of J&T Malaysia or its officer, directors,
employees, agents or contractors (hereinafter referred to as “the J&T Malaysia’s Representatives”) or
by breach of the Letter of Offer, the PCP shall indemnify, protect and save J&T Malaysia and the J&T
Malaysia’s Representatives harmless from all claims, demands, suits or actions (including attorney
fees incurred in connection therewith) which may be asserted against J&T Malaysia or any the J&T
Malaysia’s Representative relating to (i) acts of negligence or willful conduct by the PCP or any PCP’s
Representative in connection with the Equipment or (ii) PCP’s breach of this Letter of Acceptance
and/or Letter of Offer. These indemnification obligations shall continue in full force and effect
notwithstanding the termination of this Letter of Acceptance and/or PCP Agreement.
