Curriculum

The Core Courses constitute the first semester of study and


establish a common foundation in the fundamental practices of
business, including finance, marketing, leadership, business law,
operations, strategy, and more. All students must participate in the
same set of classes.

The Specialization and Elective Courses provide students with the


opportunity for depth and breadth to gain a more concentrated
expertise in the industries, functions, and skills of their interest.

Leadership
International Business Management
Our dual degree program, MM-MBA, is a joint cooperation between
our school and the University of Maastricht. The program offers
students business knowledge, global perspective, and cultural
practice of Indonesian and European business activities. The
program will be conducted in English with both faculty members.
Successful students are expected to be future international
managers to work effectively in today’s complex multicultural
business environment.

For Managers with Business Expertise


The integrated curriculum of MM-MBA is designed to provide
graduates with a competitive global framework of leadership,
analytical skills, and business fundamentals. It serves as
a “Learning Laboratory” where students apply the theories and
knowledge over four semesters. The learning will combine in-class
experience and state-of-the-art modern online teaching.
It is set to articulate a unique approach to solving problems. The
learning includes case discussion, decision making, leadership,
field project and observation, plan execution, and individual study,
such as an internship in an international company in Indonesia or
overseas. The modules are designed and encourage students to
complete their studies on time.

Faculty Member
Our highly qualified lecturers comprise professors from the Faculty of Econom-
ics and Business, Universitas Indonesia, who hold doctoral and master’s degrees
from various universities and have extensive experience and expertise in their
field.
The faculty members also come from other schools within the university and
professionals with at least a master’s degree with five years of experience in
their area. Our school strives to ensure the sufficiency of faculty members’
numbers and qualifications by keeping the ratio of students and academic and
professional backgrounds.

Credit Earning Program
MM FEB UI opens a Credit Earning Program (CEP) where
participants can take master courses and earn transferable credits.
This program offers participants the opportunity to attend classes
at our school, become part of the university academic community,
and get a chance to expand their network. Participants can choose
the course schedule according to their needs: regular/morning
class (9.00-11.30 and 13.00-15.30) or evening/specialized class
(19.00-21.30). The course requirements need to adhere to the
curriculum. After passing the CEP, participants will get a certificate
from the university. Additionally, the obtained credits from CEP
can be acknowledged when the participants decide to enroll in
a master’s program at our school within five years.

International Exposure
Global Network For Advanced Management (GNAM)

MM FEB UI is the only Indonesian Business School in the Global


Network for Advanced Management, a prestigious collaboration of
32 international graduate schools around the world.

This network is an initiative of the Yale School of Management.


Through this collaboration, MM-FEB UI will develop a curriculum
that responds to global needs, and MM education participants will
be able to take part in internships at various major world campuses
by utilizing a network of alumni and students from well-known
campuses in 30 countries. In addition, students and executives
who have been accepted at the MM-FEB UI can also automatically
attend lectures at Yale University. This program has been running
since 2012.

Candidate Qualifications

• Holding an undergraduate/bachelor’s or equivalent degree (S1) with a


satisfactory Grade Point Average (GPA).
• Having a minimum of three years of working experience for the
specialized/evening class.
• Copy of Certificate/Diploma and Academic transcript must be certified
by the issuing university or institutions. For private accredited universi
ties need to be acknowledged by the Dean.
• Certificate/Diploma from an overseas university should be
acknowledged by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry
of National Education.
• The program also requires candidates with excellent academic
accomplishments, demonstrated potential for academic achievements,
and graduate and professional success.

Admission Decision
The admission committee will conduct the assessment. The admission
decision is based on candidates’ composite files, including their
academic accomplishments and interviews.

The tuition fee covers all academic activities such as classes, library and
computer facilities, in-house seminars, and training. The application fee
is non-refundable. For current information about tuition fees, please get
in touch with the admission office.
