Conducted Refresher training for the bottom performers on Soft Skills as well as Process part, to show a gradual improvement on their performance in quality as well as in Productivity.

Accomplishments As a Process Trainer at SPARSH I have been a part of training Mumbai Pilot Phase candidates on Mumbai Process of Aircel for Aircel Brands launch at Mumbai from 15-Feb-09 to 07-Apr-09 at Mumbai.
