Sexual harassment can happen to everyone if it is a girl ,boy or gay

can happen and encounter this issue ,this issue can give a big problem
to the people around you and also to yourself .Some sexual harassment
happen to outside most especially to your work or maybe to your
school and other places ,and also can happen to the social media by
communication to other that you are not comfortable ,for example for
sexual harassment by touching you in your private part can consider a
sexual harassment,there are a lot forms of sexual harassment, through
verbal, comment about to your clothing,personal behavior or a person
body,threating a person sending email , or text messages of a sexual
nature.On april 08,2022 webinar start at 8:00am the topic discuss is all

Biographical Sketch
Arvielyn B. Mula was born on november 09 ,1999 in
Rosario,Pilar,Capiz. She is the second child of Mr. and Mrs. Verginita
Mula ,she started her Elementary Education at Epifania P. Bernas
Elementary school and complete in year 2012 ,she pursued her
secondary education at Marciano M.Patricio National high school and
completed in year 2018 ,After graduating high school she decide to
enroll in Capiz State of University Pilar ,taking Bachelor of Science
Business Administration in year 2018
For me life is not easy my family have no stable job to provide my

needs , but all of this trials in my life i suppose to overcome it in
continues to my study so i decide to pursue my studys in Capiz State of
University, because i believes i will passed and aachieve it.Taking this
course is not easy to study there are times that i want to give up this
but i said it to myself that i will continue my study and get want i
deserve.
Introduction
On the Business Administration in this method by which we given a
chance to explore , and to learn what we need and want to learn has given to
us ,we learn a lot of this that only in Business administration ,can teach us , I am
so happy that i choice this course On the job training or OJT is one of the method
giving us a therios and computation that they have learned from the school, OJT
can bring us fresh ideas into organization given opportunity to speak their mind
freely and without fear.College and universities require their student to undergo
such training within specific number hours as part of the curriculum.
Business Administration they not teach you only in your mind also the way
you deal with others ,by a good way, giving them respect ,Business Administration
giving you oppurtunity to know idea, of all aspect that can use to your daily
life.Business Administration can give you knowledge and most important thinns is
they teach you how you grow your self by your own way ,they train you how to be
independent and strong people facing trials or problem in lives. They maybe able
to contribute significantly brainstroming session or research , and eventually help
improve of the organization productivity.Accommodating on the job training or
OJT can truly benificial not only to the trainees and also to the companies.
Important experience and learnings
The covid -19 pandemic has changed our lives ,as a

student and as a people living this world , as a student it can
changed all , how you study ,or the way you study it is really
hard for the student that no gadget to use to the online study .
For me , i am the one of the student has encounter this ,

and i experience that it is really hard, to the connection when it
comes to load , buti every one help each other to overcome this
situation .
I learn a lot of this pandemic we need to be patient and hard

workhard for your success and for your goal ,we need to
overcome all trials in life to get your good success.I have a lot of
memories that i cherish ,memory with my classmate,memory
with my school , and most especially to my all professor.
Problem Encountered and solution

The coronavirus pandemic is the big problem that we
encounter ,coronavirus transformed everything the way how
lives routine normal and happy ,they sudden shift online
learning for the student who need to take there college .
Online learnings is hard to the student because of the signal or
what we call connection it is really different how we study
normal , by online learning we need a stable signal ,load to
catch up to your class.
But all of this problem i overcome by the support of my family
and classmate and also to all my professor who understand my
situation in this pandemic. This trials come to our life have
always a solution to find it we or you need to accept first your
problem and face it and solve it not only to yourself also to your
parents.
