    Standard Terms & Condition:


    Delivery: product delivery will be made from our ready stock within 07 days from the date of
    receiving purchase order.

    Service policy:

     Service warranty will be effective from the date of installation.


     Service will be provided On-Site.
     On-Site Service will be covered under 10:30 AM to 6:30PM
     24 Hours Telephonic help desk facilities.
     Spares & Consumable will be available in ready stock.

    Warranty: 12 Months service warranty.

    Warranty void:

     Physically Broken / Burned.


     Use the multifunctioning Electric line/ Voltage, Insufficient ventilation, unusual
    humidity, Excessive dust.

    Payment: The payment should be made in favor of “EFFICIENT OFFICE SOLUTION” through a
    cross check or Cash product delivery time. Product delivery time 60% and after finish work
    40%.

    Taxation: Proposed price is given (VAT & AIT Excluding). VAT need to add 7.5% and AIT 3% or as
    per government rule.

    Price validity: The price is valid for 15 days.
