Greetings and Salutations, MILWAUKEE COUNTY AUDIT SERVICES DIVISION, in care of Mr.
Bruce Landrum,
I have made a number of honorable attempts ( Office visit July 1st and formal
correspondence dated July the 2nd, 2022) to acquire the following information and have
identified myself a person privy to requested information as it relates to my Estate/Trust. So
that nothing is ambiguous let me restate my position and the information I require: I am the
authorized representative, Executrix, Beneficiary and Heir of the KIMBERLY ELISE KING
Trust/Estate, as well a native Wisconsinite and a constituent member of the people of the
united states of america as an Inheritance from the Constitutional Trust. It has been over
two weeks since my last correspondence to you. I have a valid and lawful claim to the
information requested. You have dishonoured me with your nonresponse. Considering the
fact that this issue involves a claim to my ESTATE, it is injurious to withhold this vital
information. Once again the information I need is as follows; The Pooling and Service
agreement in regards to any securities transactions in relation to this matter, the deposit

agreement, the escrow, agreement, the service agreement, with the New York Federal
Reserve Bank and or any bank that these agreements have been set up with, and the escrow
agent/broker that handled the account/transaction. I also need the CUSIP and Autotris
Account numbers for the bond that was issued in this matter. I also need the 424 b5
prospectus and the name of the Trust on the deposit agreement.
If you have a lawful and valid reason or you are not required to provide aforementioned
information please provide proof claim via sworn affidavit under the penalty of perjury and
provide your bond in support of your position. Your failure to do so will be certified as fraud
on your behalf, Pursuant to U.S. v Tweel (“Silence can only be equated with fraud where
there is a legal or moral duty to speak, or where an inquiry left unanswered would be
intentionally misleading. . .” U.S. v. Tweel, 550 F.2d 297, 299. See also U.S. v. Prudden,
424 F.2d 1021, 1032; Carmine v. Bowen, 64 A. 932.).
Please note that the response and any and all comments are directed to the Internal Revenue
Service employees, and apply equally to all government employees.
I have made a number of honorable attempts to gather the aforementioned information, and
either by mistake or by your own volition you have failed to provide requested information.
From this point forward your failure to provide requested information will be considered a
default on your behalf.
DEFAULT, failure to respond pursuant to the aforementioned terms of response or

specifically provided claimant with the documentation as requested. As an operation of Law,
a default will comprise your agreement, consent, acquiescence and confession to all the
relevant, statements and facts herein. Your default will comprise your confession to hold all
liability in the aforementioned matter, your stipulation that I have exhausted my
administrative remedies and your consent to all collection procedures. As well, your default
will comprise your confession to securities fraud, tax evasion/fraud, breach of fiduciary duty
and will be reported to the State Attorney General, Mayor of the City of Milwaukee, SEC,
DTC, Comptroller District Director, IRS (CID) and the local U.S. Attorney. Your default will
comprise your agreement to the arrest of your bond and the filing of at ort In the federal
district court against you.

CONFESSION OF JUDGEMENT: Default will comprise your agreement to accept and pay
certain fees. Your default is your agreement to pay a co-claimant fee of Twenty thousand
dollars (20,000$) for the privilege of being a co-claimant against legal fiction KIMBERLY
ELISE KING pursuant to each attempt to impair the Claim or stultify the Claimant (me) or
Debtor (the estate/trust).
ESTOPPEL BY ACQUIESENCE, your default will comprise your agreement that all issues
pertaining to this contract are deemed settled and closed red judicata, stare decisis and
collateral estoppel, and as a result, judgement by estoppel, and therein you will be confessing
to he criminal act of barrarty and false imprisonment.
WAIVER OF RIGHTS, CONFESSION OF JUDGEMENT, Your default will comprise
your consent agreement to waive any and all rights to raise a controversy, appeal, object to, or
controvert administratively or judicially any of the terms and provisions in this contract or the
estoppel, as well as your consent to serving as a successor surety for all obligations,
commercial and corporeal, attributed to the account. Upon Default, you and your agents may
not argue, controvert, or protest the finality of the administrative findings to which follows is
declared in writing. Any such argument or controversy will comprise confession of judgement
in the said amount is res judicata and stare decisis.
DENIAL OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS
I, _____________________________________, Responent, hereby acknowledge that I have

received, read and fully understand this administrative remedy, presented with attachments,
endorsements and schedules, and do hereby reserve the right to raise justiciable controversy
by exhibiting verified proof of claim and loss no later than ten (10) days of signing below
unless written permission for a longer period of time is obtained in writing from the third
Party Intervener/Real Party in Interest under injury. In the event the said claim is honored, I
further agree to settle all associated accounts to(-0-) Final Ending Balance.

EVIDENTIARY PURPOSES. For your protection, non-performance will be certified and
recorded in the public record as evidence that KIMBERLY ELISE KING has exhausted her
administrative remedies and that you have elected to waive all rights to raise a controversy or
claim immunity from collection proceedings having declined the opportunity to plead. And
copies of your non response will automatically be forwarded to the below listed public
officials
