    This checklist may be used once every 12 months and completed to confirm that no
    changes have occurred in the enclosure integrity that would require a retest of the
    enclosure.

    12 Doors All Permanent Doors and frames are


    installed.

    13 Doors Doors swing outwards and are self-


    closing.

    14 Doors If doors are able to be locked from the


    outside, emergency exit button is
    installed internally to allow exit.
    15 Ductwork All Dampers [fire/motorized] installed
    and able to provide the correct seal.

    16 Pressure All Pressure Relief systems are


    Relief installed with dampers.

    17 Purge All Purge Systems are installed with


    System dampers.

    18 Electrical Cable trunking and trays are fire


    stopped including fire expansion bags
    installed, as required.
    (e.g., expansion bags are intumescent and
    ablative fireproof pillows certified under EN 1366-
    3 for sealing up to  EI 240  of cable tray
    penetrations).
    19 General Room is clean and free of debris and
    Room dust.

    20 General Emergency exit routes around


    Room equipment and aisles are clear.

    21 General Emergency lighting and directional


    Room signs are installed and operational

    22 General Emergency/warning signs installed, in


    Room line with local codes and regulations,

    at all entrances to the space, external
    and internally.
    23 System Alarms, beacons and lights installed
    and operate immediately upon
