Precautions/recommendations concerning the installation and operation of Mitsubishi Electric Aircondltloners.
When used in rooms with high ceilings, it is recommended that a ceiling fan or circulator be installed to improve air circulation and temperature vatiations within the room.
The remote-control circuits under microprocessor control remain on at all times whether the air conditioner is not in operation. Fore more economical operation, it is
recommended that the main power switch be turned off when the air conditioner(s) is not used for long periods.
Avoid exposure to high-frequency waves as this may cause the microprocessor to malfunction.
Rated noise levels were derived from tests in an anechoic test room. Noise levels may therefore be greater depending on the surroundings, application, and/or manner ot
installation.
Avoid using air conditioners in rooms with high humidity because exessive condensation will OCCtJr as lhe air cools.
To avoid tire hazards, do not use air conditioners in areas where inflammable gases are present.
Odours for buildings, cosmetics, perspiration, tigarette smoke, etc., may accumulate in the heat exchanger and emanate from the air conditioner. This is not indicative of
mechanical trouble.
The Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Systems Works acquired ISO 9001 certification under Series
9000 of the International Standard Organ ization (ISO) based on a review of Quality management for
the production of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
The Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Systems Works acquired environmental management system
'
standard ISO 14001 certification.
The ISO 14000 series is a set of standards applying to environmental protection set by the
UKAS
ENVIRONMENTAL International Standard Organization (ISO).
