GENERAL
LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
1. Taxiing to and from stands
Arriving aircraft will be allocated a stand number by the Tower or Airport Operations.
General aviation aircraft will have to use the general aviation parking area. Assistance from
the "FOLLOW ME" can be requested via the Tower or Airport Operations.
Departing IFR flights shall contact the Tower to obtain ATC clearance before commencing
taxiing. Request for ATC clearance may take place at the earliest 10 minutes prior to engine
startup.
DEPARTURE PROCEDURES
1. General remarks.
MAX 250 KT below FL100 unless otherwise instructed.
Whichever is later, and thereafter adjust level and speed in accordance with the filed flight
plan. Proceed according to the current flight plan route to the appropriate designated
navigation aid or fix serving the destination aerodrome.
When being radar vectored rejoin the current flight plan route no later than the next
significant point, taking into consideration the applicable minimum flight altitude.

Climb on runway track 114^ MAG to 2500ft AMSL direct URNAP and hold. Leave the holding
fix, turn left direct to PUXUN and hold. Leave the holding fix and execute the instrument

Left turn out mandatory for aircraft departing Rwy 11 unless ATC approval has been
obtained for right turn out. Aircraft will adhere to the noise abatement procedure.
Noise abatement procedures in effect for all traffic heavier than 12,566 lbs
(5700 KG) MTOW and all turbojet acft departing Rwy 11, which are cleared for a
right turn out, shall maintain runway heading until FL030, then turn right.
Overflying of the oil refinery installations and other prohibited areas below an

Works of renovation for Surface replacement Aircraft stand 14 and 15 will occur September 19th 2022 until the project has been
completed end of December 2022. Work on cargo stand 14 and 15 done during AD operational hours. The work will take place
between 10:00 - 22:00 UTC. Aircraft stand 14 and 15 will be closed for operation during the project period. Vehicles, men and heavy
equipment will be operating on the apron an on the service roads. FOD control will be done around the work area. Parking of cargo
aircraft and commuter aircraft on the hardstands will be affected. All aircraft must be parked according to the APPP. A NOTAM will be
issued to indicate the parking stand closure.

Threshold renovation on RWY 11 and RWY 29 will occur as of September 19th 2022 until the project has been completed end of
December 2022 with the objective to renovate the threshold area and lights for RWY 11 and RWY 29. The work will take place
between 02:00 -10:00 UTC during AD dark hours. Both Rwy 11 and Rwy 29 will be closed during the working hours. NOTAMs will
also be issued to indicate Runway closures.
