Subject: Skill Training through CSR funds.

Dear Sir,

In the Twenty long years since its founding, the Cyber Academy has played a major role in the
transformation of unproductive & unemployed youths, especially from rural areas through a
valuable structured skill development program. The skill development program uses the
practical-oriented technical skills curriculum to empower young people by providing local skill
training facilities that promotes positive values, healthy lifestyles, and self-respect through the
training & placement – resulting in real life power.

A priority need for the skill development program, which operates throughout the year, is
funding for curriculum provisions and full-time program staff members. In the past, we have
trusted on quality goods and professionally trained & experienced trainers for the participants
whose success depends on positive role models and the relationships they build with their
instructors.

The Cyber Academy is requesting for financial support under CSR to upkeep this program that
makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our youth. A contribution will give us the
momentum we need while we continue to implement our recently developed fund raising plan.

We believe that the skill training program is consistent with the mission and interest of, and
hope that you will find it in your hearts and budget to support this program. We are also
providing additional information to encourage consideration of our request.

Please feel free to contact us for any kind of discussion/suggestions. We would also be happy to
personally meet with your committee to present our proposal.

Most sincerely,

(Arvind Dixit)

“Training on Wheels”
(Our Unique Training Model)
Skill training on Wheels
Rural areas are facing the absence of resources in terms of Infrastructure, Skilled Trainers
&Awareness and hence it is difficult to impart training in those areas. Keeping all this in mind,
Cyber Academy has initiated a unique training model “Training on Wheels” based on Mobile
Computer Lab and Theory Classrooms. This model has already proven its importance in rural areas
and day–by-day getting more popular amongst villagers.

It is a Learn While Earn model, where computer lab and training centers are established onsite
itself like; labour campgrounds. It helps candidates attending classes without travelling and to
carry on with their daily routine works. It saves their traveling time and expenses occurred into it.

Another major advantage of “Training on Wheels” isto save huge investment as is required to
establish fixed infrastructure like; training centre buildings. In rural and backward areas
expenditure can be saved on those building which are especially built for skill development
training.

The other advantage of this model is, after completing the training at one place, the whole mobile
training center can be moved to another place quickly and so, maximum geographical area can be
covered and more number of candidates can be trained within short span of time.
SWAROJGAR – A Unique Placement Approach

The very common issue is to arrange the jobs for the candidates amongst existing training
providers. Cyber Academy has developed a different & unique approach for all training programs.
The Uniqueness comes with a strong vision of cent percent placement of the candidates
undergoing any of the training programs, whether a long terms career oriented course or a short
duration professional course.

Swarojgar - Core Issues with females

Females cannot move to a long distance based employer organization and cannot work till late
evening for safety reasons. Females cannot avid their daily routine works and responsibilities
towards their family members.

SWAROJGAR, an initiative taken by the founders of Cyber Academy, is to arranging the self-
employment for the trained candidates, especially females from rural areas by arranging the
necessary components like; availability of funds along with the machinery & equipment along with
the proper guidance and technical supports.
