    This document describes a titration experiment to determine the molarity and strength of a potassium permanganate (KMnO4) solution. A 20 mL sample of Mohr's salt solution was titrated with KMnO4 solution until the color changed from colorless to light pink. The molarity of the KMnO4 solution was calculated to be 0.018 M based on the titration. The strength was then determined by multiplying the molarity by the molar mass of KMnO4. Proper precautions were taken when performing the titration and reading the burette.
