This module was a customized module of the Brinker system to distribute bonus to its managers
based on the type of store and its performance. In this, the performance data was loaded from AS 400
system to PeopleSoft. After calculating the incentives, it was interfaced with NA payroll for sending
compensation details for Payroll processing.
