The Ant and The Bird

Long time ago, a thirsty ant wanted to drink water from the river. Unfortunately, it felt
into the water and got drowned. A bird which perched on the tree near the river saw what
happened. It quickly picked a leaf from the tree and threw it in the water. The ant climbed up
the leaf and it's safe.

Several days later, the bird was again perched on the same spot. A hunter came to the
forest with his net. He walked around the forest and saw the bird. He started putting the net
to catch the bird. The ant knew what he was up to.

“I must do something, but how can I save my friend from this big man?” the ant thought to
itself.

Then, the ant had an idea. It climbed the man’s leg. It gave him a hard bite on his foot.
The hunter cried out loud and dropped his net. The bird heard the noise and flew off.

“Thank you, dear ant. I will never forget your kindness.” said the bird to the ant.
