    REORGANIZING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (BDC) OF DINARATAN,


    SALCEDO, ILOCOS SUR

    WHEREAS, RA 7180 otherwise as the Local Government Code of 1991 provides for the
    meaningful parti- cipation of non-government organizations in the pursuit of local autonomy
    with furtherance of development;

    WHEREAS, THE Code also institutionalizes the participation of these NGO’s and PO’s
    through the Barangay Institutions which are primarily credited and organized, which will be
    responsible in recommending, planning, implementing and evaluating the projects, programs and
    activities(PPA’s) under their jurisdictions, and report the same to the Sangguniang Barangay for
    proper considerable actions.

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council(BDC) has its own functions;


    1. Prepare and update the Barangay Socio-Economic Profile
    2. Prepare planning policies that address the priority needs of the people
    3. Prepare the vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives for the 3 term
    4. Identify and prioritizes Programs, Projects and Activities
    5. Implement the Plan
    6. Monitor and Evaluate plan Implementation

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council;

    Ilocos Sur after confirming their membership, do hereby reconstitute the Barangay Based
    Institutions (BBIs) of Dinaratan, Salcedo, Ilocos Sur.
    ORDERED FINALLY, that copy of this order shall be furnished to all concerned for their
    information and proper guidance.
    Done in the Barangay Dinaratan, Salcedo, Ilocos Sur on January 10, 2022.
