Daily Operation Checklist for Employees / Report Log

Takoyaki Batter Ingredients:


13 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vetsin
1 egg
1 tbsp. patis
600 ml water

Takoyaki Sauce Ingredients:


11 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 400 ml water
2 liters of water, boil before placing the other ingredients
1 tsp vetsin
500 ml brown sugar, measured in beaker
300 ml oyster sauce
250 ml soy sauce
